10 lasagne sheets
3 x 125g mozzarella balls
large handful of grated parmesan, grated

This dish tastes better made the day before.

Blanch the lasagne sheets for 3–4 minutes. Line a dish with béchamel, lasagne sheets, ragu, mozzarella and parmesan. Continue layering, ending with a layer of ragu sprinkled with parmesan.

Cook at 180°C for 1hr–1hr 45 min, until the top is golden brown.
