Beetroot-cured salmon canapes

12 Buckwheat Blini & Smoked Salmon Kit and Kaboodle
1 jar of pickled beetroot
sour cream
200g beetroot-cured gravadlax



These simple yet delicious canapés will serve 4-6 people. Balance slices of beetroot cured salmon on a buckwheat blini and cover with sour cream topped with diced pickled beetroot.
