Baobab mojito

Baobab mohitocrushed ice
4 slices of lime
1 tsp brown sugar
3 sprigs of mint
50ml dark rum
50ml baobab juice *
50ml bissap (hibiscus juice)
dash of prosecco

* Little Baobab use fresh juice, but you will probably have to make yours up with powder

Pour crushed ice into a glass. Remove and discard the peel from 3 slices of the lime, and pound the fruit with the sugar and mint till it turns into a paste. Mix in the rum and pour over the ice. Add the baobab juice and bissap. Top with prosecco and serve with a straw and a slice of lime.
