30ml Havana 3yr
20ml lime juice
20ml honey syrup
top with Perrier Jouet NV

Combine rum, lime juice and honey syrup in your cocktail shaker, then shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and stir. Add a twist of orange peel.
